I find that these fascinating little creatures test the boundaries of what I am able to effectively photograph. They shimmer with both water and light, they are found right at the very edge of the moving tide line, and they are very small. Salp are fascinating creatures, though. This one sat more alone than others, perfectly poised above tide line-created silhouettes, like hills.
