A temporary blocking of the receding tide created lovely wave patterns in the sand.
The line of pebbles in the previous post caught my eye immediately. Fortunately, I snapped a photo, and then a second, just as the tide rearranged the stones.
The ocean ‘paints’ with pebbles and bits of shells. This sandscape was created by the outer reaches of the tideline as it slowly shifted from low to high.
